- Maintaining the security of their accounts and credentials.
- Using AI-generated analytics responsibly and appropriately.
3. AI Analytics
AiVision360 uses artificial intelligence and computer vision to generate detections, alerts, classifications, and analytics. AI-generated results may not always be accurate and should not be treated as guaranteed facts.
Customers are responsible for reviewing and validating AI-generated results before taking significant actions based on them.
4. Prohibited Use
You must not:
- Use the Services for unlawful or fraudulent activities.
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the platform or its infrastructure.
- Reverse engineer, modify, or interfere with the Services.

These Terms do not transfer ownership of AiVision360 intellectual property to you.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, AiVision360 will not be responsible for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special losses arising from your use of the Services.
