At its core, the VMS gives you a live dashboard of your entire camera network, with AI detection overlays, bounding boxes, labels, confidence scores, rendered directly on each feed as detections happen. Instead of switching between dozens of individual camera views, one screen shows the full status of a site, and every active alert, at a glance.

Beyond live viewing, the VMS manages the complete incident lifecycle. Every detection is automatically converted into a structured incident and routed through a configurable escalation chain, from a local security desk up through supervisors, facility managers, or emergency responders depending on severity. Role-based access control means different users see and manage only what's relevant to them, and a searchable event history lets a reviewer pull up any past incident by camera, zone, or detection type instead of manually scrubbing through recordings.
